Originally written as a final proposal essay for my Topics in Writing Theory course, this proposal was meant to outline a possible long-term solution to issues of affordable housing and homelessness in the city of Denver. I originally struggled with the quality of the final product, so I also revised this proposal for this blog, to be more professional and to capture the rhetoric of an actual city planning proposal a bit better.
